These terms apply to the Solar Host SMS messaging program operated by Solar Lock VPN LLC.

Program description

Solar Host sends low-volume transactional and customer-care text messages to customers who choose to receive them. Messages may include invoice notices, payment reminders, secure payment links, payment confirmations, receipts, account notifications, and responses to customer-service requests. The program is not used for promotional or marketing advertising.

Consent and opt-in

SMS consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may opt in through the public Solar Host SMS opt-in form at https://solarhostpro.com/sms-opt-in/ or through the unchecked SMS consent box presented on the Solar Host account registration form. Both methods require an affirmative choice. Consent is optional and is not required to make a purchase. By opting in, you authorize Solar Host, operated by Solar Lock VPN LLC, to send recurring account, billing, and customer-care text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on account activity and customer-service interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to cancel. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive Solar Host SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier, network availability, device settings, and other factors outside our control.

Privacy

Your participation in the program is subject to the Solar Host Messaging Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changing your mobile number

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, update your account contact information and messaging preferences so future messages are sent only to the number you control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these messaging terms as the program or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
